- Not to be confused with Megacrystal.
Negacrystals are the physical manifestations of negative energy in the normal space-time matrix. They are usually made of superluminal particles, or tachyons, such as the molecules of the element superluminum. They are often used as causality violators in order to achieve superluminal communication in most standard devices. The first known use of a negacrystal in this manner was in the Mark V Wissenschaft Communicator.
Its importance in the GSOT is #13.
