Falling incinerators

One of the most outrageous scourges of the multiverse. Falling incinerators are designed to euthanize unauthorized material that refuses to enter a stationary (say, bolted to the ground) incinerator. However, lately the controlling power of these falling incinerators has apparently lost reasoning power and sends falling incinerators whenever and in whatever situation. These have caused great destruction, great destruction indeed.
